Refund Policy
Free tier: nothing to refund. Pro tier: 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid period, then cancel-anytime with optional pro-ration. Enterprise: per contract.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to subscriptions and one-time purchases of Engramly Parse made through engramly.net. It does not apply to Engramly Lab services on engramly.cn, which are governed by a separate refund policy.
2. Free tier
The Free tier is provided at no charge. No payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the Service at any time.
3. Pro tier — first paid period
For your first paid month on the Pro tier we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email billing@engramly.net within 14 days of the first charge and we will refund the full amount of that first month to the original payment method. No justification required.
This guarantee applies to the first paid period only, not to subsequent renewals.
4. Pro tier — subsequent periods
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. By default, cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
If you would prefer a pro-rated refund instead of keeping access for the remainder of the current period, email billing@engramly.net within seven days of cancellation. We will refund the unused full days of the current period to the original payment method. Partial days are not refunded.
5. Overage charges
Pages parsed above your included monthly quota are billed at the per-page overage rate published on the pricing page. Once those pages have been processed and the response returned, the corresponding charge is non-refundable, regardless of how the output is used downstream.
6. Enterprise tier
Enterprise subscriptions are governed by the master subscription agreement signed at contract time. Refund and credit terms are defined in that agreement and override this Policy where they conflict.
7. Service credits and uptime
Free and Pro tiers are offered on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis. We do not provide an SLA or service credits for these tiers. Enterprise SLAs and credit formulas are defined in the relevant master agreement.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact billing@engramly.net before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We are typically able to resolve billing questions within two business days. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in immediate account suspension and any outstanding balance being forwarded to collections.
9. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed in US dollars through Stripe and credited to the original payment method within five to ten business days. The exact posting time depends on your card issuer.
10. How to request a refund
Email billing@engramly.net from the address on file with: (a) the email used for the account, (b) the date and amount of the charge, and (c) one sentence on what you would like us to do. We respond within two business days.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post the updated Policy at engramly.net/legal/refund and notify the email on your account. The terms in effect at the time of your most recent charge apply to that charge.
